Project BB-8 is the evolving Papio SS build. It began with a nearly stock mini moto and quickly became a place to experiment with practical accessories, small visual changes, and ride-focused upgrades.
The direction
The project is deliberately lightweight. Changes should make the bike more enjoyable or more cohesive without burying the personality that made it fun in the first place.
